With a background in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, I have an advantage when it comes to proposal assistance for responses to Procurement solicitations.

- 20+ years collaborating with architects, engineers, planners, and surveyors in the areas of project management, business development, marketing, accounting, proposals, scope and fee estimates, and contracts.
- Expertise in creating, writing, and editing responses for municipalities, state, and federal requests.
- 10+ years experience in Department of Transportation (DOT) Procurement/response requirements.
- I know the industry lingo! Other editors and writers may not know the meanings of MEP, ROW, MOT, GIS, LiDAR, CIP, ADA, DB, VE, and QA/QC—but I do!
- Versed in Procurement searches to find potential pursuits of interest for your firm or specific industry.
- Proficient in the development and collaboration involved in preparing a response.
- Mindful of Amendment issuance and how Amendments may affect various items in the original request, such as altered timelines.
- Complete understanding of the absolutes associated with submittal deadlines (down to the second!)
- Familiar with the selection process (e.g., long list, short list, presentation, interview, technical proposal).
